E1- Electrical components

There can be several reasons why this error code appears. Try error searching to find out which electrical component is defective

Try to pull the rubber handle on the handlebar slightly out from the throttle lever, often this error code is due to the rubber grip and the throttle lever being too close. After this you can check that the on and off button in the display works properly. If the error code does not disappear after this, the scooter should be sent in for service.

To remove the beep, you can pop up the cover of the display and unscrew the display. Then disconnect all wires. Alternatively, you can unscrew the handlebars from the strut (four small screws) and disconnect the cord here.

E1-E4-E5

This indicates that something is wrong with either gas or brake. You can start by popping the cover over the display, then unscrew the display. Then you can disconnect the cable to the gas and see if the error code comes up. If the error code comes up, there is something wrong with the brake. Do the same with the brake, disconnect the cable to the brake, the error code still comes up there is something wrong with the throttle.

E5 - Gas

This error code indicates that something is wrong with the accelerator. The gas accelerator must be replaced.

E4 -Brake lever

This error code indicates that something is wrong with the brake. This error code can also occur if you start the scooter and hold the brake at the same time. If this is not the case, the brake sensor is defective and the brake lever must be replaced.

E51 - The product needs service

If this error code is found, the scooter must be sent in for service.

E52 - Wrong start.

This error code often appears if the product is turned on at speed, or if the product is turned on while holding the brake. If the problem arises beyond this, the scooter must be serviced.

H1 - Motor high temperature

This error code can occur during hard driving and usually disappears if you turn the scooter off for a while and let it cool down before you continue driving. If the error code does not disappear, the reason may be that the motherboard sends the wrong signals, then it should be sent in for service.

H2 -Motherboard high temperature

This error code can occur during hard driving and usually disappears if you turn the scooter off for a while and let it cool down before you continue driving. If the error code does not disappear, the reason may be that the motherboard sends the wrong signals, then it should be sent in for service.

H3 - Motherboard extremely high temperature

This error code can occur during hard driving and usually disappears if you turn the scooter off for a while and let it cool down before you continue driving. If the error code does not disappear, the reason may be that the motherboard sends the wrong signals, then it should be sent in for service.

Cr - Contact error between motherboard and display

If a contact error occurs, you can first check that the cables between the display and the motherboard are connected correctly, this is done by unscrewing the cover under the stand plate and by unscrewing the display. Should this not be the case, the scooter must be serviced.

Bra - Overvoltage in the battery

When braking, the product will regenerate some power. When driving downhill with a fully charged battery, a lot of power is generated which basically has no place for storage and this error code occurs. To avoid this: first drive 2 minutes up / down. Regeneration can then be used without an error code.

BL - Low battery power

Battery must be charged before using the scooter. Use eco mode as far as possible.

S1 - Short circuit in live conductors

Deliver the scooter for service.

SN - Incorrect serial number

Deliver the scooter for service.

IR - General error

Deliver the scooter for service.
