What should you write?
- Order number
- Model + type of product (electric bike, electric scooter, unicycle, hoverboard etc ..)
- What is wrong? Preferably elaborate as much as possible. What, how, where, when, etc.
- Photos and video illustrating the problem! A picture says more than 1000 words! This takes one minute and can save many emails back and forth.
