We do not always have all items in stock, if that is the case, it may happen that the warehouse splits up your order and only sends what we have available in stock. The reason for this is that we want you to enjoy your electric scooter or electric bike as soon as possible. The products that were not sent will be sent to you as soon as they arrive at the warehouse.

If you have pre-ordered an electric bicycle or an electric scooter + stocked accessories, this accessory will not be sent independently in advance. The reason for this is that you have only paid for one shipping. We do not keep an electric scooter or electric bike to wait for accessories that are not in stock, but keep stocked accessories if you have also ordered an electric bike or electric scooter.

You can check if your order has been split up on My page in the online store, where you also see the delivery date on the various order lines on your order.
