Unfortunately, in some cases the boxes can be damaged during shipping, by the shipping companies.
This is always a pity, and we hope that all the goods were in the package and that they were not damaged during transport.
If the damage only applies to the box itself, and you want to return something from your order, you can use any other box to return. Download the right of withdrawal form and use this on a return. The shipping costs for using the right of withdrawal is borne by the customer.
