Please do the following if you did not receive an email with a tracking link.
- Check your order status to see if the product has been shipped
- Check your spam folder, it may be possible that the email with the tracking link has ended up here.
- Check if the registered email address to your order is incorrect. If so, and the order status is marked as «Sent», the package has been shipped and is most likely on its way to you. You will receive a text message with retrieval information when the package has been delivered to your chosen pick-up location (nearest postal office or home address).
- If your order is registered with the wrong email and/or phone number, please contact our Customer service.
