Tracking does not update

The email with the tracking link will be sent when your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse. Your order will be packed and set ready at our pick-up point for Bring. Tracking will be updated as soon as Bring has retrieved the package and registered it at their terminal in Drammen for further delivery. Normally the tracking information will be available within one working day, but depending on the time of the placement of the order, it may take up to two working days.


If it has been three working days

If the tracking does not update after three working days, please contact our customer service
