How to return the product?

For service:

Contact and arrange with the workshop in advance. If there is a defect in the product that is covered by the warranty, we cover the shipping via a shipping label. If it is true that it is not covered by a guarantee, you will have to cover the costs of shipping yourself.

When using the right of withdrawal:

The buyer must bear the cost of returning the goods if the right of withdrawal is used. Return the item in original packaging.

The buyer can inspect the product before he or she regrets the purchase. It must still be possible to return the item to the seller in approximately the same condition and quantity as it was in when the buyer received it. The seller may demand that the consumer compensate for the reduction in value as a result of the buyer's handling of the goods which has not been necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This is what you do:
1. Contact our customer service if you want to use the right of withdrawal. We have the option to stop the order until the order is activated and packed by the warehouse.


2. If the item has already been sent out, you can use the right of withdrawal form that you received in the order confirmation.
