How do I know that my service is done?

If you have delivered the product to us physically in store, you will receive a pick-up message by text message from one of our technicians. Should you wish to pick up the product before that time and, for example fix it yourself, this is of course possible.

If you have sent the product to us, you will receive an email with a tracking number when the product has been repaired and is on its way back to you.
