After you have ordered it is unfortunately not possible to change or cancel your order or item. This is due to the fact that we process and ship out orders consecutively. If you received an email with shipment confirmation we can not make any changes to your order. If your order has been shipped, you may return it and exchange for another product, or you can make a new order.
Cancellations during the weekend
Cancellations made over the weekend will not be gone through by our customer service team before Monday evening / early Tuesday. Because of this, it is often to late to cancel your order during the weekend before it gets processed and shipped out of our warehouse Monday morning.
How you do it:
- Contact our customer service if you want to make changes to your order. Vi may be able to change your order before it gets shipped from our warehouse. However, there is no guarantee that your inquiry will be processed by our customer service team before the order is processed and shipped out of our warehouse.
- If the order is already been shipped, you may use a «right of withdrawal form» which is included in the order confirmation.
