We use Bring as our shipping company. When your package is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number within one working day. Small products and spare parts such as screws etc., will be sent as ordinary letters and can not be traced.
Did you not receive an email with a tracking number?
- Check your order to see if your order is sent.
- Check your spam folder, it might be possible the email with the tracking number ended up here.
- Check if the email address registered to your order is incorrect. If this is the case and the order status is «Sent», your package is dispatched and most likely on its way to you. You will receive a delivery dispatch text message when it arrives at your chosen pickup location (your nearest post office or home address). If in any case the phone number registered to your order is incorrect, please contact our customer service.
